2024 "Getting the World Paid" Survey

The “Getting the World Paid” survey is a critical tool that helps PAYO gauge industry trends in the rapidly evolving global payroll landscape. This year, respondents shared their insights on global payroll challenges, technologies, and performance.

The results of the survey will be revealed during Global Payroll Week.

Why 29 April – 3 May 2024?

Global Payroll Week coincides with the celebration of International Workers’ Day and is a celebration of employees and labourers around the globe. Often referred to as May Day, this annual holiday, occurs on 1 May and traces its roots back to an ancient European spring festival.

In dozens of countries, May Day is an official national holiday, but don’t let its ancient roots fool you. The day isn’t all about dancing around maypoles. Many labour rights campaigners and trade unions use the day to heavily promote and publicize their agendas for worker’s rights across the globe.
